Questions

Is Free really free?

Yes: 1 salon, 1 groomer and up to 20 clients with no time limit and no card. Upgrade when you need more.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. You pay only for your plan — never a share of what your clients pay you.

What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?

Nothing is deleted. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period; a failed payment keeps the plan for 14 days. After that Free limits apply: everything stays readable, you just can't add more than Free allows.

Do I get a booking website on Free?

Yes, with a small “Made with PetPoint” badge. Paid plans remove it; Salon and Business can use your own domain.

Which languages does PetPoint speak?

Portuguese, Spanish, English and Russian — in the app, on your website and in the emails to your clients.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU (Frankfurt). We follow the GDPR; the details are in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
